When we start to reframe our relationship with our bodies, we are able to start to view nutrition and movement as ways to honor our bodies.  From here we can really start to evaluate what 'healthy' means for us.

In this course you will learn how to:
- Decide to make yourself, and your Health and Healing Journey a priority
- How to learn to honor your body through nutrition and movement

This course will be offered as a self-paced program, with the option to upgrade to include 4 1-hour sessions with me to guide you in your progress
